Is Basic really free?
Yes. Search every UK tender for as long as you like, set up your company profile and join any cohort you’re invited to. No card, nothing expires. Basic keeps 3 saved tenders and 3 saved searches at a time.
How does the AI allowance work?
Every AI feature draws on one monthly allowance, in proportion to the work it does: a chat message or a drafted email uses a little, qualifying a tender or running matching on demand uses more. You can choose a more thorough model for any feature, which uses the allowance faster. The daily digest is free — it never touches your allowance. Pro includes a Standard allowance and Team 5× that.
Can cohort partners be on different plans?
Yes. Anyone signed in can join a cohort they’re invited to, whatever plan they’re on. Starting one, and using the partner finder to fill it, needs Team.
How do seats work on Team?
Team is £29.99 a month for up to 4 people, then £7.99 for each extra seat, up to 20. Add or remove seats any time from Members. Extra seats are charged as you add them; reducing seats takes effect immediately, with no credit for the rest of the month.
Is VAT included?
Yes. Every price here is what you pay — VAT is broken out on the invoice, which comes from RWDev LTD. You can add your VAT number at checkout.
